Peeters Group shows first Pitbull teleloader at Agritechnica
We are currently present at the Agritechnica trade fair in Hanover. Here we show our Pitbull teleloader for the first time. This teleloader is an addition on the already launched range of Pitbull compact loaders.
Unique in the market
The telescopic boom of the Pitbull teleloader slides a stunning 900 mm. This is unique in the market. Due to the large slide-out the Pitbull stays compact and reaches a lifting height of 3,85 meter.
The break-out force and parallel guidance which the Pitbull compact loaders get from their unique P-Z boom, is also taken care of with the teleloader. A large break-out force is achieved through the mechanism in front of the boom. The parallel guidance is realized through the use of master-slave cylinders.
Unique clear-view boom
The unique clear-view boom is build out of two arms. This makes that there are no parts limiting the view of the driver. Next to the usability, this provides stability to the telescopic boom.
The entire telescopic boom can be mounted at the existing front frame used on the Pitbull compact loaders. This makes the production process more efficient for the Peeters Group and provides the possibility to change from P-Z boom to telescopic boom or the other way around in a later stadium. This way the teleloader by Pitbull stays a very compact machine.
A telescopic boom is a sensitive part. There will always be wear at the moving parts and mostly this will lead to tolerance. The Peeters Group has prevented this by making the wear parts adjustable. This provides the user the possibility to take the tolerance out of the boom.
